In the 1950's we would go to the only lot in town and pick out our tree. The lot was in the middle of range groves and fields ,and crates oranges were part of the display as well as flocked trees unpick, turquoise and white. We always chose a natural tree. This is one of my very early paintings, which I finally decided to sell.
